How do I return an item?

Most stocked items from the Toledo warehouse can be returned.
Items sent from the factory warehouse do require an RMA number and a re-stocking fee may be applied. If for any reason the order is entered or shipped incorrectly at the fault of the factory or the product is defective, the factory will not charge restocking fees and takes 100% responsibility.
